Explained everything very well from the medications being prescribed to the pathology. Very friendly and took her time, didn’t feel rushed at all but was still efficient.

Dr Sevier met me with a smile. She was attentive and listened. She diagnosed my issue. She was clear about the boundaries of Northwestern Immediate Care services. She recommended next steps for additional treatment.

I explained above. She was excellent. She is much better than most physicians I’ve encountered. She’s one of the very best. Also, she provided the necessary medication in her office. In addition, she gave us an office number to call her with any questions I’d go back to her anytime.

Dr. Sevier was personable and informative. I appreciated that she let us know that she would come back to talk to us after his Covid test and would call if my son’s other test results came back in time (which she did). She answered all my questions and I never felt rushed.
