Chris assisted during my surgery. As a participant, he was very helpful in explaining the procedure, the prosthetic device, and follow up care. He is also thorough, patient, and very nice.

Chris Kwong is very attentive to his patients. He takes the time to listen what is going on with the patient and discuss any problems. Chris talks through the procedure and tells you exactly what he is doing.

Also, if in conversation, but would probably take longer to get an appointment that way, rather than just seeing who comes up in schedule. Chris takes time to explain step by step and also listens well.
