He has great bedside manner: listened first to my symptoms and background of what meds I’m on that could have contributed to my issue, then talked about what he thinks my issue is. He also explained what it couldn’t be, which assuaged my concerns and worries. He answered all of my follow-up questions and told me what to expect as a treatment plan, how long I have to take the prescription he’s giving me, and a rough estimate of when I’ll hear about test results. He was thorough and efficient.

HE DESERVES A 10 FOR HIS COURTEOUS DEMEANOR AND USEFUL KNOWLEDGE IN HIS FIELD; CHRIS RESTORED MY CONFIDENCE, i THOUGHT THAT I WOULD LEAVE NWM AND GO TO ANOTHER HOSPITAL BECAUSE THE CARE WAS MEDIOCRE /RUSHED TREATMENT/ MY ISSUES FELL ON DEATH EARS/DISREGARDED DUE TO THE STATUS OF MY HEALTH PLAN: THANK YOU CHRIS FOR REGARDING ME (THE PATIENT) AS SUCH AND FOCUSED ON HOW TO RELIEVE MY ILLINESS AND INSTRUCTING ME ON HOW TO MAINTAIN/PREVENT MEDICAL ISSUES WITH INFORMATIVE, USEFUL INFORMATION.
