Dr. Lupo is very patient and takes his time explaining everything. He is more willing to take a conservative path instead of want to complete surgery right away for my case. Excellent doctor.

One act pony. Ignored my symptoms, didn't check the heaviness in chest. Discharge me with uncontrolled pain. I suffered MI 12 hrs. After Discharge. An abrupt and dismissive man. Treated the knee but not the body.

I went in for pain in my knee, Please read the doctors notes on my appointment... NO MENTION of why I went in and NO MENTION of the pain I STILL HAVE EVERY DAY.!!!!! Was more concerned that it was Friday afternoon and everyone wanted to go home....

I was treated in a condescending manner. I have had 4 concussions, a TBI, and have ADHD. When I asked the doctor a question, his response was “I just spent 5 minutes explaining this”…I asked about the pain in the back part of my knee, and he said “that’s part of your hamstring”…He didn’t really make any recommendations for treatment. He said here’s your options and left it up to me to decide. He didn’t even numb/freeze my knee entirely for the injection in my right knee. He gave me a referral for PT, and said do what you want, it’s only a piece of paper.
