In fact, the few studies that have been conducted actually show that hospitals with high patient satisfaction scores actually had worse patient outcomes. Dr. Miller is an excellent doctor and works hard to care for her patients.

She genuinely cares for our daughter, we feel that! She is thorough in her exams and care. She also followed up with us after a recent ER visit, making sure she was okay and explaining final X-ray, test results. Blessed that she’s our daughter’s pediatrician.
