No solution provided. After nearly 4 weeks with no progress I was told to just go home and wait. I expected some action. If nothing was to be done this could have been handled with a 3-min phone call and could have saved me time and money for another office visit. I’d like to request the co-pay be waived or at least substantially reduced.
