Cathleen Brindl is the kindest, most compassionate and knowledgable Phys. Asst. She takes time to listen to my concerns, and makes sure that I understand both the issue that I am seeing her for, and also what my treatment will be. She is very personable, and I am very comfortable seeing her for my care.

My appointment lasted less than 3 minutes over the phone. After giving my symptoms I was completed written off despite having a 102 fever. Several days later I tested positive for Covid and only tested because I thought I should. The doctor didn’t even consider Covid.

Just felt she was dismissive and then jumped to a plastic surgeon referral to getting a mole removed when I’d rather try other steps before jumping to removal. Or at least have a referral for someone specializing in moles.

I tell friends all the time to go see Cathy as she really cares about you. She takes the time to listen to you and help you however she can. She asked a lot of questions to try to get to the bottom of what is troubling you. I have to go to the Dr. a lot and she never makes me feel like I am a pain for asking questions or telling her my concerns. I really like her and think she is a big asset to the office.
