Think it's a fair score and I have my reasons it's not a 10. If you had decimals would probably be 8.6-8.8 so could round up to a 9.

I sometimes feel rushed and forget some of my questions. It’s ok though, I can always email and ask them. I always go over the most important things.

Dr. Myers and staff were very welcoming and informative. They gave us a lot of information and it’s all a bit scary, but we appreciated their time and patience. I felt seen and heard. Can’t ask for more than that!
