Most doctors at immediate care are very cold and unfriendly, but Dr. Gustas was the opposite. He was very nice and friendly and it was a great experience. He came in the room quickly and got straight to the point.

Dr Gustas was very knowledgeable and thorough in his diagnosis in his recommended treatment. Any questions would be answered in a way I could understand. A good ‘bedside manner.’

The assistant on duty and a nurse took my vitals without delay. Dr. Gustas read my reason for being there before he entered the exam room. After listening to my description of what happened, and touching the back of my head, he arranged for us to go immediately to NW downtown for a CT scan. Staff there read the order and were prepared when I arrived. After a brief wait my head was scanned. Within an hour Dr. Gustas telephoned me to say there was no damage. My son and I are impressed! Thanks to all staff who participated in my care.
