Brittany was very patient, kind, and took a lot of time to answer all my questions. She apologized for my having to wait for my appointment to begin. At this point in time, I view late appointments as a doctor or some other professional as taking the time needed for a patient. If they take time with the person before me, and my appointment begins late, I feel they will take the time needed with me as well.

She was great! She was filling in for my oncologist who's on leave, and she was knowledgeable about my history and answered all my questions. She even looked into some questions that I had. And, she was very positive, knowledgeable, friendly, and kind.
