Brittany listens to my comments about my positive days, my struggles on bad days, my food likes and dislikes, and is always supportive, never judgmental, and offers helpful suggestions. Weight loss is such a struggle and a personal struggle, that to feel listened to, and supported, and never judged, is so important to emotional health, and gives you positive reinforcement to keep trying, every day.
