I would like Dr. Griffin to be more proactive by providing me with the Patient Information he has access to re: Dr. Anderson's comments, assessment of my continuing MDD, a clear explanation of the meds she has prescribed over the last ~ 3 years AND their observed side effects. I would also appreciate Dr. Griffin's follow-through for answers to my 'patient questions' with individuals in the NWMD Behaviorial Dept. he knows and can contact on site, 446 E. Ontario St., 6th fl.PLEASE NOTE HOWEVER, I remain very pleased with my sessions with Dr. Griffin.I believe I have benefitted and have had positive reactions/progress dealing with my MDD, aging medical and anger issues. I believe they may very well have become magnified during 2021. Dr. Griffin's support & input is very welcome.**************************************************************************************************Please Also Note:In 3/21, I slowly withdrew from the ever changing Venlafaxine dosages (up, down & doubled). I declined Dr. Anderson's proposal for me to take any new medication without her completing her Plan to investigate and discuss with me the specific drugs (Lithium & Lamotrigine), its/their side effects & possible interaction with the 6 other NWMD doctor-prescribed meds I must take. This was to have been done by March 2021. It wasn't.Dr. Anderson seems not to record such detailed information for review.

Dr. Griffin replaced Dr. John Stutesman as my psychotherapist in 2019. Dr. Stutesman focused on my life's losses. I value my therapy sessions with Dr. Griffin & would like them to continue. Since I withdrew from all antidepressants and related meds prescribed by Dr. Danielle Anderson in March 2021, we have worked on my mood(s) which remains depressed. Unfortunately frustration & disappointments have fueled my anger. It has shown itself more often reacting to my changing overall life situations...e.g. aging, physical disability, medical treatment eye surgery injury at NwMD (2014 to date), etc. However each week I am grateful & believe progress is made with discussions with Dr. Griffin.
