Actually a 10+ score is more accurate. Any and all questions were answered. And we appreciated that you allowed 2 visitors with the patient. Our adult son also helps with his Dad so he was there also. That meant I didn't have to explain later what was discussed.

His professional demeanor was excellent. He listened and responded to every concern or question I had. He was very thorough and didn't seem to be in a hurry to get to the next patient as many visits in other locations are. I felt comfortable and relaxed.
