Listened to me, answered questions fully and delivered care respectfully. She was empathetic to the pain the procedure caused and prepared me for it in advance. She narrated what she was doing to my knee in a way that was reassuring.

I highly recommend Ashley. She got me in on short notice to see what was wrong with my knee. When MRI results came in, she squeezed me into her full schedule so I could get a cortisone shot before I left town in a few days. She went above and beyond ... not many people do that these days! She also explains everything so clearly and lays out options for you to consider.
