She handled my son very well. Explained things to us in a way that wasn’t all doctor terms so we understood. She is very friendly and made sure to get the exact right referral for my son’s [condition], knowing we have been jumping through hoops with insurance right now. She is honestly wonderful and has helped ease my anxiety from switching from my sons previous doctor

The dr is thorough & pays attention to each detail. She responds quicker than any other doctor I’ve been under the care of. Her bed side manner is great- so rare these days to have the care she gives to her patients. The dr remembers details of the whole family each time we go in (my older daughter loves going to the dr who is 2!) She is informative & anytime there is health concerns she addresses them & directs us to proper dr/specialist- the dr doesn’t play the ,” we will see” card which I’ve seen unfortunate events happen with family members at other practices (not NW)
