He was very professional and unhurried. He took the time to educate me about my condition (prostate cancer), what may or may not have caused it, what stage it was and what that meant, and finally what we can choose to do about it. He was informative and instructive and answered all my questions. He gave me direction and agency in my treatment options and also confidence in his own skill set and surgical outcomes.
