Dr. Pipitone always greets me with a smile and a handshake. He is excellent at listening, being patient with my concerns, and providing feedback on my notes. During my last visit, I mentioned that I appreciated his casual attire without a white coat, which made me feel more at ease. I tend to feel nervous when visiting a physician, so I liked that.
