Anna was polite and respectful and friendly Most importantly she was professional and skilled at removing ear wax from my ears one of my ears has a hole drilled into my eardrum to allow my [ ] device to send a low pressure air flow to aliviate the [ ] disease dizziness I experience Part of the treatment is to manually remove any ear wax . It requires great skill to accomplish this task in a manner that is gentle yet effective I hope to be fortunate to have Anna always be there to provide care for my ear problem
