Anna was very friendly and easy to talk with. Very interested in hearing the history of my ear problem. She needed to do a procedure to remove dried wax blocking my ear. She explained what would happen and that it would be uncomfortable at times. She took small breaks throughout the process. Very patient and very efficient. She then suggested a hearing test and a visit with one of the physicians in the practice to evaluate the tube that has been in my ear for eight years. She helped me go to the desk to make the appointment. She is wonderful!

She helped me as Dr [ ] Who is my ENT was very backed up and I needed help right away. If Dr. [ ] moved I would ask to be her patient.
