See my response to the first question in this survey. She was outstanding, and because of her I was quickly able to seek and receive proper care. I had no idea what the problem was, and she quickly and clearly articulated what I needed to do, why I needed to do it, and the consequences of delay. I can only offer her my thanks.

I liked Amy. She was very thorough and checked my ear a few times comparing it to my other ear. She explained things and prescribed medication.
