I had never met Amy before but she walked into the room and it was as if I had known her. So friendly, inviting and engaging. Amy took a genuine interest in getting to know myself and my children. She was also very knowledgeable.

She took the time to answer all my questions go over the recent events at the hospital with me, answered questions regarding the lab and x-ray findings and took care of all of the unanswered questions and problems. She was very nice and thorough.
