Alissa Sherman listens, responds to my questions, and quickly looks up and finds out answers to questions she may not have answer for. I am impressed at how quickly she called me at home, after my appointment, to answer a concern I had, that she had to check on.

Ms. Sherman listens carefully, is patient, answers questions and I do not feel rushed through appointments. She is treating the condition conservatively for now, and waiting until all Halter information has been completed and in before giving giving final assessment of long term treatment.

Alissa Sherman was friendly, but professional and helped me feel less anxious. She was good at listening to my concerns and answering and explaining questions I had. I did not feel pressured to do any procedure that I was not comfortable with.
