She was phenomenal! She listened to my concerns and I left confident that I would not have any problems on the flight. The atmosphere was one of a caring team who cared about helping their patients, which I believe is because of her skills as a leader and medical professional.

She went out of her way to treat, and care for my ailment, right on the spot, instead of just refering me to another Doctor. She did (as well). Refer me to a Doctor that could treat my condition in the future. Not only that, but when I had additional concerns, and questions she came back to address them. I wonder if there is information in my chart about my past visits at NorthWestern, if she was genuinally treating me as she would any patient that she sees.I would hope that anyone, and everyone, would be treated in such a fashion when receiving care from a Doctor.
