Dr. Kerr is emphatic and very thorough. I never feel rushed at all during my annual visits, and she is very clear and easy for me to follow. I feel that I can ask about and speak openly about concerns I might have during our 1x1s, and her responses to my in-app messages are prompt and very helpful. Thank you Dr. Kerr!

I am incredibly grateful to have found Dr. Kerr as my physician. Dr. Kerr has restored my faith in the medical system. After facing a challenging period with recent health issues and struggling to feel heard or receive high-quality care from providers outside the NW system, I was immediately reassured upon meeting her. Dr. Kerr is, without question, one of the best doctors I have encountered in years. She listened intently, demonstrated genuine empathy, and showed a clear commitment to helping me achieve better health—qualities that are increasingly rare in healthcare. Dr. Kerr truly deserves the highesty recognition for her dedication and excellence in patient care.

She takes her time with you and really listens. She knows how far I drive for care by her and offered me an alternative closer to where I live. When I love my doctor, I will do the two-hour drive.

I have recommended Dr. Alice Kerr to others. I tell them she is fully engaged in our doctor patient relationship, and as a result she knows me well. She is thorough and thoughtful in her care and in her recommendations. She has me schedule timely follow ups based upon our specific concerns, and I say "our" intentionally because this is a collaborative journey! She also stays informed about my connections with other specialists, including their notes and their lab work for me. Dr. Kerr is so thoroughly thoughtful as to even have me on a follow up schedule, that avoids the severe winter weather months, in case travel may be difficult for me. She's amazing! I feel she is a talented doctor, and I am grateful to be one of her patients.
