She gave me a lot of information about my condition and options for treating it, and she seemed very knowledgeable about it. She took the time to answer a lot of questions that I had. She wrote out my instructions in detail in the After Visit Summary and encouraged me to contact her if I had any more questions later. She was very pleasant and friendly.
