Alex Pitzaferro has been a tremendous medical care provider for me. She is always prepared, very courteous, understanding, and provides the guidance and insight required to reduce my pain. She also is highly responsive to any My Chart messaging. I could not ask for anyone better than Alex. She is tops! Thank you.

The phone visit yesterday. Her knowledge and attitude combined made me feel relaxed and that I was in good hands. The in-office was good, but the My Chart discussion was less so. Something about the scheduled phone session just really clicked and was so helpful. I felt that I was welcome to ask as many questions as I had, about anything regarding my scoliosis treatment. Alex knows her stuff and answered my questions in a professional and friendly manner. I feel more oriented now regarding the path forward than I have in years.

I did not feel rushed during the appointment. Ms. Pitzaferro took the time to answer all my questions and instructed me regarding what tests would be be needed in order to go forward. .

Alex was very sensitive to my needs and explained what I was going to experience before, during and after my spinal surgery. She answered all my questions thoroughly in a way that I could understand. She was very serious but with a sense of humor. She made me confident that my spinal surgery would result in a great outcome.
