She is very informative and open on what she thinks is best, while still giving me options and reminding me that it's my decision. She was good at explaining the pros and cons of each choice and even recommended to get a second opinion.

I believe Dr. King is a great physician, however I believe the diagnosis of my results were extremely fast. First, my two 'alleged' seizures, were immediately assumed to be seizures, so I was immediately told not to drive for 6 months and several tests were prescribed. Next, when my results were read by Dr. King, she basically saw two squiggly lines and said I had epilepsy. The notes that I read in MyChart appeared to be inconclusive. I tried to explain that I was simply tired and under stress but it didn't work.

With this being my first time diagnosis and having it being epilepsy Dr. King explained my sickness explained the medicine I needed to take and made my journey very comfortable.

Doctor Alexa King is a very kind and caring person. And an even better doctor. She seemed genuinely concerned about getting to the root about my problem. And explained the tests she felt needed to be done and why. She made me feel comfortable, and she's very easy to talk to. When and if I ever need to visit neurology again, doctor Alexa King is the person I want to see. And I would recommend her to anyone that needs a neurologist.
