She was such a caring, kind and sweet doctor. She explained her thought process, treatment, and diagnosis. She said she’d leave me a detailed message later and she did. She was sincerely concerned about me as a patient.

Dr. O was thorough, actively listened, discussed the treatment plan and engaged with me in this discussion. She came up with a quick plan for my finger/hand so I could get through the rest of the day treating my own patients. Very personable. I was really impressed with her. Could she be my PCP, my OB, my dermatologist😉

Took the time to explain everything. Absolutely professional in the way my 18 month old was cared for and treated. Exemplary team work on display. From the triage nurse, x-ray technician, and the ER doctor; everyone was in sync and had only one goal: to diagnose and care for my child accurately, swiftly, and with empathy.
