Dr. Matsuoka is an extraordinary physician. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and at the top of his field, but he is also exceptionally caring. He solved a problem for me, persistent eustachian tube dysfunction, that 2 other doctors didn't and with a simple intervention, avoiding surgery. When I had a question about whether I was doing the recommended procedure correctly, he telephoned me. He goes above and beyond for his patients.

Doctor was very thorough and took his time with my condition and answered any and all questions. I agreed with his treatment plan and he explained his reasoning and logic with my plan going forward. He was highly recommended by another doctor I saw for a second opinion and I’m very happy with the treatment that was rendered. He was very laid back and intelligent ….he made me feel at ease and gave me hope for my future prognosis

Dr Matsuoka heard all my concerns and explained to my satisfaction all my questions. He gave me time, never felt that he was rushing me. At the end of my consultation I returned home with the firm conviction that I was with the best hands.

He was able to figure out what was going on with my ears. I have been so uncomfortable with my ear conditions that I went to see him for a second opinion. Dr. Matsuoka was able to see what the problem was and helped me.
