Again, I have faith because of the cancer in our family I have no choice but to put my trust in a Dr I know nothing about except I had Dr. [ ] and he got me through breast cancer and that is the main reason I am here.

It was delightful to work with Dr. Akhil Chawla during my last appointment. During this time he answered all my questions and examined the incisions I had from my colectomy operation. I felt satisfied with the answers & explanations I received. I believe Dr. Akhil Chawla is a great oncology surgeon.

Dr. Chawla is direct and provides information in a way that I can understand. He was kind enough to allow my daughter and her husband to listen in and participate in the appointment. I feel confident that Dr. Chawla will provide me with excellent care.

Excellent staff. Shout out to Kathleen for calling me with a cancellation appointment as she knew how nervous I was having to wait until 9-25 for surgery. I felt she really cares.

Dr. Chawla was incredible. He delivered delicate news, which ended positively with compassion and thoughtfulness. Excellent bedside manner. We were lucky to have him and would trust his word and care if ever needed in the future. It was a very positive experience. His nurse Mary was also a gem!
