She was hasty in some of her clinical decision making, and didn’t listen well. She chose to cancel a prescription order that my MD had previously made, without checking w this MD first (even when I asked her to not cancel it yet until checking w the MD). This medication is very expensive and the refill order in the pharmacy system include a coupon for a significantly discounted rate (that I now lost bc she cancelled the prescription refill). And she took this action before checking with my MD or listening to me. I refuse to work with her again.

Aimee was not rushed at all, she listened to and believed what I had to say, asked good questions, and responded helpfully. I thought we were very much on the same page as far as approach — conservative, with prescription meds being a last resort.
