She don’t respond promptly to my chart messages, she ignores it for days and then At appointment she makes excuses for the reason given which don't make sense and is impossible to believe.

Dr. Khan was kind and patient and made me feel like a partner in my care. I felt very heard and I appreciate her taking her time to thoroughly investigate what was going on even though her office was soon closing.
