She is an energetic, young, brilliant surgeon with incredible energy, a way of simplifying things through her very effective communications, and a wonderful bedside manner. She did ask if I was willing to have surgery at her main NW hospital instead of Prentice ,and I should have followed her lead. Her reasoning was that is the team she works with most regularly. I told her that I have had multiple great experiences in Chicago.

I immediately called a Family member to Recommend that she make an appt with Dr Burrell. We are so technologically advanced in the delivery of healthcare today but that cannot replace the bedside manner aspect of healthcare. Dr Burrell actually talks to her patient and makes eye contact. Means a lot
