He takes the time to explain things to you. He treats you like a person not a patient or client. I’ve been seeing Dr Howard for a year and 7 months do to the severity of cancer on my face. From the first day to today he’s been my constant and so supportive. Not sure I could have handle this with another doctor. He’s my Angel.

He did NOT tell me what I wanted to hear, which upset me. But he took the time to discuss every aspect of the procedure and explained everything in detail. Including that I may have been given some information that was not exactly accurate. If I am able to have the procedure done, I want Dr. Howard to preform it.

I like Dr. Dolan very much, but my insurance will not pay for many things in a hospital setting so getting blood and X-rays etc is tough. Also, her network is primarily in the Northwestern hospital system and hospital based procedures (at least at NWM) are incredibly expensive! A non-event colonoscopy was almost $6,000!
