I like that is now a better way to study sleep at home using a home monitoring device and that Dr. Cooksey, MD uses this newer technology versus a sleep lab study which seems abnormal to me. Also, I like that I can get the device to measure my sleep via FedEx or also make an office appointment too. Is very nice to have options and to be able to sleep in a normal home environment vs lab.
