Bedside manner is really important to me and Dr Anand in our first meeting took time to explain to me what to expect, what we may need to consider and had read up on what made my situation more unique. I felt both seen and understood and her follow-up was equally timely and compassionate.

I liked Dr. Cooksey a lot. She is obviously VERY bright, communicative, warm, helpful, and very flexible in her approach. When she saw that I was having trouble following a particular regimen, she modified it to work better for me. When I admitted that I didn't start the light therapy, there was no shaming, just encouragement to get the light box and try it...and I did! Also, smiles frequently. That may not matter to others, but I find it very encouraging, and makes me feel that she understands what I am saying, and empathizes. I would definitely recommend her to others.
