I felt his office dropped the ball when it came to my insurance coverage on my stress test. There was a lack of concern to get my stress test done so I could get my surgery on the date I booked. After talking to his office and being told to just reschedule my surgery, I got on the phone to my insurance company and after one hour I had the authorization number and put the wheels back in motion.

Northwestern hospital facilities State of the art. They are exceptionally clean comfortable warm and inviting. Even with the situation of the pandemic they have made it so that you are still taken care of properly in a safe comfortable manner. Hands down northwestern has provided the best healthcare team and Dr. Duyka is a part of the team, He’s very pleasant and friendly. From the time he walked through the door and introduced himself he put me at ease with my visit. He’s talk to me and explained the situation and allowed me to ask any and all questions. Dr Duyka has a calming effect. Being very nervous and anxious about the visit he made me feel better and a little easier after explaining test results and procedures.The visit was not rushed, it was very thorough. He said please reach out to me you have any other questions. Dr Duyka is amazing!!!!!
