I have had several of my friends in need of plastic surgery on their face for injuries or growths that have been removed. They have all told me that there surgeons we're very stuffy and acted as if they were above everyone. Some looked perturbed when they asked questions and weren't really forthcoming about what they should be expecting during the time they were recovering.Dr. Howard is warm in his greeting, he takes a good look not only at the site in question, but what's in the general area surrounding it. He asked, who my skin doctor was & why she sent me here. It was just a really pleasant experience for a potentially scary surgery and based on what my friends had experienced I was expecting someone totally different.

If there was a 100 score I would rank Dr. Pant 100. Unfortunate circumstances, on a couple levels aside from the obvious diagnosis, brought me to Northwestern’s Lake Forest Hospital. Bare in mind NWM LF Hospital is an hour and 15 min from our home. The very first day my husband and I met Dr Pant and his PA, Casey, the fear in our hearts and minds were lessened and we knew we were where we’d get the very best care. It’s been more than six months now and I feel just as comfortable and confident in Dr Pant today that I did in the very beginning. He and his staff are extremely prompt in responding to messages in MyChart and before each treatment he meets with me privately to answer each of the (sometimes many) questions I come with. He takes as much time as I need and answers each question patiently until he knows I’m comfortable with his answers. The confidence and bedside manner comes naturally and is just priceless.
