Dr. Yavitz is very professional, thorough and friendly. He never "talks down" and always talks in language I understand instead of a lot of "medical jargon." Although I know he's very busy, he never gives me the impression he is rushing in order to get to his next patient. He always asks if I have any questions and understand any instructions re a medicine he prescribed or a test he ordered.

Actually it's Dr. Ned Zallik. He's the finest diagnostician mixed with an empathetic sense of what a patient needs. He can deliver bad news artfully, he has a wonderful (comfortable with himself) sense of humor. He radiates hope. Northwestern Medicine (Lake Forest) Hospital was tied at 10th in Illinois and the Chicago metropolitan area. The train for my scooter is Dr. Zallik. Count yourselves fortunate to have him on staff
