After my appointment no one has called to give me results for my urine culture. I know results are in the patient portal but am I supposed to understand the medical terms that describe my results. The Dr spent 5 minutes with me said it could be this or that took a urine sample and have not heard back from them. Very disappointed.

While he was diligent in trying to diagnose my problem, he prescribed an increased medication without considering the side affects and the side affects were not tolerable because they made some other health issues that I have worse.

The visit was cold and ultra quick and the procedure, which I have received successfully on more than one occasion at the Chicago location, was unnecessarily uncomfortable (too much suction causing pain to the ear drum). When I showed signs of discomfort, the doctor seemed irritated.
