Overall Dr. Shastri is professional, however, if Dr. Shastri gives patients more accurate symptom descriptions, it would be perfect. To be specific, on my procedure after-visit summary, the instructions for the scar healing is prepared for the neck surgery not specific for the skin lesion removal case, which is my case. I know this maybe because Dr. Shastri does not have a lot of procedures like mine and the general care is not much different from the after-neck-surgery. Therefore, for me, I did not feel I receive the accurate instructions as well as the potential problem description with tackling tips.

Like I stated in the previous paragraph of all this felt like a complete waste of my time because the doctor talked at me not to me I did not feel like I was a partner in my health care but instead somebody that he was telling what they need to do what they should do but not giving me options

Dr. Soudagar was distracted and multi-tasking during the appointment. It would be more efficient for him to be 100% present, deliver quality care and then move on to the next task. There is no such thing as multitasking - it’s a synonym for inefficiency.
