Very knowledgeable but wish he took more time to examine me and ask more thorough questions, so that I knew he had unveiled everything that could possibly be going on and affecting my shoulder. The patient can't always think of everything on the spot, but Q&A back and forth with the physician helps unravel the story. I sort of felt diagnosed before he even walked in.
