Dr. Mathias was very impressive! She not only oozed knowledge, it showed how much she thoroughly enjoys the science and being the best at what she does. I only have sight in one eye, and in dealing with a gestational posterior polar cataract situation, she put my mind at ease, as she was very informative, and more than understanding about my stress of the situation. She extending the appointment until I felt like all of my questions had been answered, I left feeling like I was in the best hands possible.

I think this is very important in a doctor and especially these days when people are under so much stress and anxiety given our socio-political climate and culture shifts.
