The doctor did not try to explain the cause of the problem so that I’ll understand what’s going on. The appointment was supposed to be at least thirty minutes but he only spent ten minutes for the appointment. He only looked at the problem once and was impatient in explaining to us.

In addition to the above, dr. Carlins did not know my medical history which is available for NOrthwestern given that I was Northwestern Medicine patient for the last 12 years. Very disappointed and I am not comfortable with him being my doctor, however, as per Judy we can’t change it now.

OMG, this was the very first visit with Dr. Jones King. When she walked into the room, the whole place lit up.. although she had a mask on, you could tell she was smiling just the joy and pleasantness in her voice was amazing. She greeted us with a heartfelt hello that right away, put you at ease and made you comfortable. This doctor is incredible. She went over absolutely everything she left no stone unturned. She was very thorough. All questions were answered. She included you your thoughts and opinions, every step of the way. Dr. Jones King has the best bedside manner ever. She is very professional and was still able to keep this visit on a human level. That made you feel so much better about what’s going on with you medically.that made all the difference in the world. Wonderful doctor.
