First of all her personality really put.me at ease. She is so friendly. Secondly she is very professional and the exam was easy. Next she explained some things very clearly and made me see the importance of certain tests. Finally, ahe went out of her way to arrange a test for me so she would be there to give me the results. It was just a positive experience overall.
