Dr. Gilley is a kind, caring, and knowledgeable doctor. I used the first two adjectives to describe Dr. Gilley because to me a doctor being kind and caring is more important. I say this because knowledge can be taught but the other adjectives describe and define who a person is. They come intrinsically within a person. True caring and kindness cannot be taught and are different than bedside manner which doctors seem to use until they are no longer near the patient. Then, you are no longer “seen”. Dr. Gilley cares.

I never would have tried acupuncture without his suggestion, and it really is helpful. I find Dr. Jackson extremely knowledgeable in so many areas as well as being so pleasant in his interactions.

Physician was not friendly at all and kept mentioning my weight gain during my pregnancy and mentioned that I didn’t want to be one of those pregnant women who gain 60-70lbs because it’s hard to lose and while she doesn’t recommend I go on a diet since she couldn’t say that but that I should be watching what I eat which to me means she wants me to be on a diet. Did not appreciate this physicians bedside manner and will not be scheduling any future appointments with her.

She was rude and not professional. I also have doctor degree myself and was extremely disappointed how she handled my request to provide evidence base science literature from what she was recommending. They literary try to run every test in a book to milk your from your insurance that’s is not related to your pregnancy. I’m not sick I’m pregnant. I politely declined some of her recommendations, the lady told me she doesn’t want to argue with me , all I was asking is for science evidence literature. Which is her job to do so as you guys claim you practice evidence base science, you better have it to give to clients that ask for it!!!!!She has no emotion intelligence and doesn’t have interpersonal skills. Not to mention bad vibe definitely not for pregnant women to deal with. I did feel disrespected as a healthcare professional my self. I can only imagine how she treat other women that doesn’t have science background
