I would score higher if I could. Dr. Ganshirt made me feel at ease during my consult, on the day of surgery, and again during my follow up appt. He was easy to talk to, friendly, and didn’t make me feel rushed by answering all of my questions thoroughly. His expertise is admirable.

Dr. Bir listened, empathized and asked follow up questions to ensure she was clear around my symptoms and then ordered the necessary tests. I already had an endocrinologist appointment scheduled a few weeks out, she could have easily told me to ‘tell them’ or ‘wait for that appointment’. Instead she ordered tests to establish a baseline so my next appointment would be able to be more focused on further diagnostics and planning. Very grateful!
