I am grateful to be Dr. Brown's patient: this was our first meeting! There was a 1 1/2 hour wait for which she apologized and explained: she had two unforeseen patient challenges that morning. I understand, but it was regrettable. I only wish her assistant had informed me of the reason for the wait before Dr. Brown was able to enter and be with me. I waited all that time not understanding why.
