She is extremely warm and personable. She explains things in clear ways, such that what the procedure can do, and will do is well understood. The surgery itself went very well, and the outcome is even better than I expected. Again, her explanation and detailed after visit summary from the surgery was super helpful for my recovery. I feel like she is a true expert at what she does,is very compassionate and thorough and the word meticulous comes to mind in relationship to Dr. Cohen.
