Dr Hinchcliff is everything I hoped for: She is scientific and serious while personal and communicative. She connected to me as a person and expressed clearly the strategy and action she is taking on my behalf. She is a top rate doctor and an authentic person. I never felt handled or managed— rather heard and cared for. She has good people working in her team; she is on top of the details, it seems that she gets the best from people by giving the best she has. It was the best experience I’ve had in a doctor’s office that I can remember.
